My Journey to the Cage

My name is Bobby “Beastie” Gansert Jr., and fighting has become much more than a sport to me. It’s been my way of rebuilding my life.

Like a lot of people, I’ve made mistakes and I’ve been through some dark times. I’ve battled addiction, dealt with loss, struggled with self-doubt, and had moments where it would’ve been easy to quit. Instead, I chose a different path.

Every day I work a regular job, train whenever I can, and do everything possible to become a better fighter, father, husband, and man. There are no shortcuts. Just long days, hard training, sore muscles, and an unwavering belief that I can accomplish something special.

This opportunity means everything to me.

I’m stepping into one of the biggest fights of my amateur career, and every fight comes with expenses that most people never see travel, hotel, gas, food, medical costs, equipment, tickets, and all the little things that add up before I ever step into the cage.

I’m not asking for a handout. I’m asking for people who believe in hard work, perseverance, and second chances to be part of this journey with me.

Every donation, no matter the size, helps remove one more obstacle so I can focus on what matters most: giving everything I have when that cage door closes.

Whether I win or lose, I promise one thing—I will leave every ounce of myself in that cage. I don’t fight for easy victories. I fight to prove that where you’ve been doesn’t have to define where you’re going.
