About Fullmer Legacy Foundation
We are more than a gym. We are a community.
The Fullmer Legacy Foundation was built on the legacy of the Fighting Fullmer Brothers. Gene, Don, Jay and their family grew up in Utah and fought their way onto the world stage in the 1950s and 60s. Gene became World Middleweight Champion. All of them were known for grit, discipline, toughness and loyalty to family.
Their story was never just about belts.
It was about hard work.
It was about character.
It was about showing up.
That is the standard we carry forward.
Today the Fullmer Legacy Center serves more than 240 youth and families each year in South Jordan and across the Salt Lake Valley. Kids walk through our doors looking for a place to belong. They find structure. They find coaches who care. They find people who expect something from them.
We offer:
• Youth boxing programs
• Academic support through the Fullmer Legacy Academy
• Scholarships for families who need them
• Mentorship and leadership development
• A Hall of Fame Museum that honors the history and values of the sport
This is not just about boxing. It is about discipline. Confidence. Accountability. Community.
We see grades improve. We see kids grow up. We see young people realize they are capable of more than they thought.
When you support Fullmer Legacy Foundation, you are not giving to a building. You are standing behind young people who are learning how to fight for their future the right way.
That is what this community is about.
